By accessing or using any website, landing page, community platform, or service operated by Psyche Technology, a DBA of The Blessed Solution™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and others who access or use the The Implementation Room.

Psyche Technology provides business education, HighLevel platform training, and community-based support for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and service providers through the The Implementation Room.
Community membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your membership renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. By enrolling, you authorize Psyche Technology to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
Members who enroll during the founding member window are locked into the founding member rate for the lifetime of their continuous membership. This rate is non-transferable. Cancellation of membership at any time forfeits the founding member rate permanently. If a former founding member re-enrolls after cancellation, they will be charged the current standard rate at the time of re-enrollment.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date by contacting [email protected] or through your member account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
All membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused membership time, missed sessions, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to access the community platform. By enrolling, you acknowledge the digital and live nature of this product and agree that no refund will be issued after payment is processed.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your case.
Live community sessions are recorded. By participating in any live session, you consent to being recorded.
Recordings are provided for educational and reference purposes for active members only. Members may not:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
All content provided by Psyche Technology — including but not limited to training videos, walkthroughs, templates, workflows, automations, written materials, community posts, and live session recordings — is the intellectual property of Psyche Technology / The Blessed Solution™ and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content for their own personal business purposes only. Members may not:

Psyche Technology reserves the right to remove any member from the community at our sole discretion, with or without warning. Members removed for conduct violations are not entitled to a refund.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or outcomes from participation in the community or application of any training content.
HighLevel is a third-party platform. Psyche Technology is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of HighLevel. We are not responsible for changes to HighLevel's platform, pricing, features, or policies that may affect your use of our training or configurations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psyche Technology and The Blessed Solution™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psyche Technology, The Blessed Solution™, and their owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or community announcement. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
